At NewBiz Accounting & HR Services, our team is small but mighty. Consisting of two dedicated professionals, we combine a wealth of experience and education to offer personalized solutions to small businesses.

Our co-founder Adrian Villaseñor holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University of Bakersfield and a Master of Science in Accounting from Western Governor’s University. With hands-on experience in agriculture and construction, they bring industry expertise and a passion for helping businesses thrive.

Co-founder Grisel Martinez-Villaseñor brings extensive experience in the tax industry, having worked for 8 years in the field, along with 3 years of office administration. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, she specializes in managing the complexities of HR and office operations with skill and efficiency.

Together, we prioritize efficiency, integrity, quality, and communication. We know that small business owners face challenges daily, and our mission is to relieve those pain points by providing comprehensive accounting and HR services.
